Rinoo Rajesh is an AI and digital transformation leader with more than 25 years across telecom, customer experience and enterprise technology. He is Founder & Director of Enrich Technology Services and Principal Advisor at Twimbit.
Most recently he was Head of Business & Digital Transformation at Digitide, after more than a decade at Conneqt Business Solutions. There, as Vice President, he built AI-enabled, platform-based services and led consulting and large transformation programmes. Earlier roles with Avaya, Nortel, AGC Networks and Tata-BSS grounded him in contact-centre and communications technology.
He is the author of Beyond GenAI and ChatGPT: Transforming Industries Through AI, President & CEO of PMI Pune-Deccan India Chapter, an angel investor with Inflection Point Ventures, and an IICA-certified Independent Director available for board and committee roles in AI strategy and governance.
